WY MLS land record with MLSID 20100213
A pdf export from the WY MLS web page clearly shows "Total # of Acres 5.100"; however, that value does not exist in the RETS data downloaded now.

You should be able to pull this field now. Please verify that it is working.
It does work now, thank you. My question... is whatever changed, does that only effect land records of a certain age (say, 5 years+ old)? We are live in production now and it's not clear how widespread is the impact of what was just changed. Thanks Bruce!
With each account profile fields can be enabled/disabled for a particular resource and class.
When the fields are disabled it returns the column as blank.
In your case it was only disabled for the land and lots class.
So any records pulled from that class would have that value as blank.
There could be cases where the field isn't populated for a particular listing though.
