I am able to access the account via the RETS client, but receive this error when running a query against any table.
Unauthorized Query. You are not authorized to access class [Office] in resource [Office]

Looks like your account limits access to the ActiveAgent and ActiveOffice resources.
It doesn't allow access to the Agent or Office resource.

Hi: Jo did make some changes to give us access. We are now seeing the following error when we query a table.
Error detected: server failed the request Request: SearchType=Office&Class=Office&Format=COMPACT&QueryType=DMQL2&Query=(O_OfficeID=0%2B)&Select=O_OfficeID,O_OrganizationName RETS Status code = 20200: Unknown Query Field [L_ListOffice1]
I don't know why the Unknown Query Field error. The query is against the Office resource and not the Property resource.

This should be fixed now. Please verify that both Agent and Office searches are working.
