Seller Concessions value not in RETS data

My previous question was if the total # of acres was missing from the RETS data I download; it was missing and was then added.

This question is for Seller Concessions - also downloaded without values - as LM_char100_3 for WY MLS RE_1 and LD_2.

We require this data to include with our Sales Info form and Market Conditions report. Please advise, thank you.

• Same thing for Terms - downloaded without values - as LM_Char50_1 for WY_MLS RE_1, though with values for LD_2.
