Black Hills - missing actives and pendings

We just got a new login to Black Hills and it only contains solds. The MLS says we should have all statuses, but it doesn't appear we do. Not sure if this is something you can fix but they seem adamant that we have access to all statuses.

Looking into it. So you should be getting Actives and Solds?
Or was Pending supposed to be included too?

Great. You do have access to Active U/C status but not any with (StatusCatID=3).
