Time Delays through RETS Feed BCAR

We are the IDX vendor for Bellator Development through Baldwin County Realtors. Garet gave us this info to submit a ticket through since we are seeing significant time delays from when an agent is entering in the data to the MLS board and to when they are showing up through the feed. For Example:

  • #296481; 12221 Gracie Lane was Entered on 3/22 at 3:42 p.mCT. but didn't enter our feed till 19:54MT.
  • #296524; 455 East Beach Blvd. was Entered on 3/23 at 4:41 p.m CT but didn't enter our feed till 21:53MT. .

Can we please look into the feed to see why we are seeing such a large time delay? We are pulling every 20 minutes, so I don't understand the hours difference in the data.

Also the modification timestamps are in UTC which could explain the difference if you are seeing.

Hello, We have accounted for the Time change from UTC, and those times are live times we are seeing. Our URL and Username is RETS URL: http://bcar.rets.paragonrels.com/rets...

From our logs, it looks like the Queries you are passing in are in local time CST, NOT UTC
EventTimeCST: 2020-03-26 10:58:44.870
EventTimeUTC: 2020-03-26 15:58:44.870
Query: (L_UpdateDate=2020-03-26T10:31:34-2020-03-26T10:57:44)
That would explain why you are missing them.
Same issue with your photo Query: (L_Last_Photo_updt=2020-03-26T10:57:45-2020-03-26T11:24:41)

We have now adjusted and updated the pulls to UTC time for Baldwin Realtors. Will this now remove the delay in the pulls?

Hopefully fix your issues because our RETS data is live and not delayed.
