401 Unauthorized with THAAR

Hello,

We've reached out to our MLS Board, and they reset our password. They say they can log in fine. But, we're still getting 401 Unauthorized errors. We sent an email to paragon support and they sent us back to the board. I see a few other questions like these, and it seems like someone here at paragon is able to make corrections and get things working. Can anyone help? We connect to a few other paragon RETS servers without problem, but this one has been failing for a few weeks.

Thanks to bwolven, we've resolved this. Make sure both user/pass are correct with the mls board!

Generally all user name and password issues are handled by the MLS.
So it is important to verify both the Login Name and Password are what you think they are.
The MLS may change a login name as well as issue a new password.
