Querying agent resource returning errors

Querying the agent resource for the client's MMLSfeed with "(U_HiddenOrgID=0+)" and it is returning an error about (L_ListOffice1=0+) which I am pretty sure is secret code for an access problem. My support team wrote to paragon support and the answer didn't make sense. How can I resolve this?

Was it an access issue (just for my knowledge and future trouble shooting)?

It was an account profile filtering issue for that resource.
