No downloads from NELAR since 4/16

My client is no longer getting downloads since 4/16. I contacted the company that wrote the interface and was told the interface is working correctly and that the problem seems to be with the MLS. The log file shows the following error on each item:

Same problem although the logfile is twice as big.

I need to know what login name (NO PASSWORDS) you are using because I'm not seeing any log entries for the two I thought it was.

Can you try again. I turned on some extra logging and want to see what is happening.
The last attempt I see in the logs for your account is on: 2020-05-06 17:20:02.057 CST.
The same query you show above works fine for me with your account.
The last "Search" request I see in our logs was on: 2020-04-16 01:16:01.267 CST.
Followed by a "Logout", but nothing but "Login" requests since then.
Has anything else changed in your system since then?

Ran it again. Same result. By the way here are the last 2 lines in the logfile in case it helps.

2020-05-07 9:51:02 - ERROR --> RETS ERROR IN CLEANUP JOB- NO RESULTS 2020-05-07 9:51:02 - FATAL --> RETS ERROR IN CLEANUP JOB: -1-- EXITING TO AVOID DELETING SITE

I still only see a login request and nothing else.
What are you using to pull your data?

do you want the php file? the .ini file? I can't attach them because I get a notice that I need 10 points to attach anything. How do I get points? The interface iProperty was written by "The Thinkery" Also nothing changed on their site or with the interface as of 4/17

Probably the php file would be the most useful so I can see what is being done.

I tried to add a txt file that included both php and ini info to the original question but apparently I can only upload graphic files?

The only email I got was at 11:44am EDT that was nothing more than what is on this screen. The most recent thing in it was that you added points so I could upload a php file which I actually had to attach to this screen as a jpg. Was there another email?
