Valley MLS - Metadata Out Of Sync

Appears that residential metadata is out of sync with the actual download. Specifically looking for this field:

<metadataentryid>0175135021F63E20</metadataentryid> <systemname>LM_char1_32</systemname> <standardname></standardname> <longname>New Construction (Y/N)</longname> <dbname>NewCnstr</dbname> <shortname>NewCnstr</shortname> <maximumlength>1</maximumlength> <datatype>Character</datatype>

The LM_char1_32 field is only in the RN_5 - RENTAL class.
Also it currently isn't enabled for your profile so you will see it but the data will be empty.
If you need access to it you would need to contact the MLS and request it be enabled for your profile.
Are you saying it isn't in the metadata for that class?

I understand. Was looking in the RES class and assumed NewCnstr belonged there. Didn't realize it was RNT only. So to confirm: new construction is not flagged anywhere but rentals?

That is correct. It is only in Paragon in the RENTAL class.
