Missing Values [closed]

We were contacted by a client asking to add data from the MLS to a listing and although these columns are in the feed, they contain no data for the listing. Listing ID is 762963 and the following have no values.

LM_char5_7 – Cap Rate LM_Int4_10 – Gross Income LM_int4_23 – Net Income LM_int4_22 – Total Expense

Could you check if it’s the MLS restricting the data or the values are actually empty. Thanks!

This is in the Property, MF_4, query (L_ListingID=762963).
The first two have values in them but the Total Expense is empty.
Please contact the MLS to request they enable the fields for your account profile.
You can also pass parameter like "RestrictedIndicator=####" in your search request to identify restricted fields.

So are all four columns restricted? We can see columns in the return even if we can't get the data for them?

Yes. All 4 fields are restricted/disabled for your account in that class.
Yes, you can have columns that are blank as decided by the MLS rules for specific profiles.
It you set the "RestrictedIndicator=####" parameter on the search request you can easily see which ones are restricted as I mentioned above.
