Cooperative Arkansas REALTORS MLS (CARMLS): 401 Error

We are receiving a 401 error when we query for the Cooperative Arkansas Realtors MLS, can anyone help with this issue?

Redfin...> I spoke to the CARMLS staff earlier this evening regarding this and they ask that you contact them directly. The issue appears to be an account access issue. If you speak with Beau at the board office he can work with you on the issue.
