Bay Area Real Estate Information - Missing Listing?

We have a client stating that an Off-Market listing should be in our feed, however, we are not seeing the listing in the data. Can you please confirm the status of the listing as well as if it should be included in the data feed? I have included the listing number as well as the RETS credentials in use below, for your reference.

Using query: (L_ListingID=22007949) was able to pull this listing without issue with that user.
L_UpdateDate: "2018-03-16T23:02:00"
