How can I get properties listing by [L_ListAgent1] id.? My [L_ListAgent1] = 8166 but I can’t find properties in properties search listing records using $rets->Search('Property', 'ResidentialProperty', '*', $params)

You would use something like this in PHRETS:
$rets->Search('Property', 'RS_1', '(L_ListAgent1=8166)', $params)

Yes. That is the position where the Search Query goes.
