Agent ID fields are blank

I have several listings that come back to an agent, but the fields for their ID are blank. There are other listings that have Johnny's ID listed correctly, but these are missing the ID

MLS Number: 884384 Selling Agent: Johnny Montgomery (5043) Selling agent ID is blank, as is the selling office, but the selling agent first and last name are present

MLS Number: 879672 Selling Agent 2: Johnny Montgomery Selling agent 2 ID is blank, as is the selling 2 office, but the selling agent 2 first and last name are present.
