intermittent 401 errors for galmls

Why is it that almost every day for some short period we get 401 errors?

[8/10/2020 9:08:36 AM] Error Message: The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

Our login is CONSTELTNS

Right now, it's actually been 45 minutes and we're still getting 401s

Not currently but probably sometime in the future one will be added.
The issue is getting RETS Vendors to consistently call Logout.

we use logout. we have two processes that run concurrently, one for data and one for photos. However, we're still down right now. What's going on?
