Missing IDX/VOW values for boolean fields for CREN

We just recently integrated with CREN. We've notice that a large portion of listings have blank boolean value for the IDX/VOW fields (LV_vow_include, LV_vow_address, L_Idxinclude). Normally they are Yes or No.

1 example L_DisplayId is: 771618

Is this a bug, or can we assume those to be 'true' when they are blank?

Most likely the fields are just not enabled for your profile.
When they aren't enabled, the column is returned as empty.
What is your account name (NO PASSWORDS)

Thanks, it's Yes/No for some listings, blank for others. Our username is propertybase1

Not for these listings. I think if it's blank now, it may have always been blank, but some other listings are indeed Yes or No.

CREN has field security on those fields which only allows the List Agent to see the values.
Unfortunately it applies to RETS feeds too.
You can still query on the value but just won't see it in the results.

How are we supposed to know if we should be hiding the address, or listing? Shouldn't those fields be available to everyone?

For example, if a client wants to hide their address on everyone's websites. That field won't be available to anyone else but that agent/broker?
