Querying Agent/Office Resource returns errors

Querying the agent resource for the client's LCMLS Feed with "(U_HiddenOrgID=0+)" and it is returning an error about Unknown Query Field [L_ListOffice1]. Since this field isn't a part of Agent/Office metadata, it leads me to believe there is some access issue. What is the best method for resolving this?
