Login information for Paragon account not working

My marketing agency was recently approved to access a paragon account and were given a username and password along with this link to login:

http://topekamls-rets.paragonrels.com...

The credentials I am using are not working - and I'm told I need some sort of RETS Client to access it? Not sure what that means. Can someone help?
