Error adding RETS to Wordpress website with Estatik plugin

Hello we were provided the following as information to use for our MLS integration

Unfortunately we receive the following 401 error:

Client error: GET https://rmlsa-rets.paragonrels.com/rets/fnisrets.aspx/RMLSA/login?rets-version=rets/1.7.2 resulted in a 401 Unauthorized response

when trying to validate with the information provided. We are using the ESTATIK premium ($500 dollar MLS integration plugin) WordPress plugin.

I have screenshots but am unable to upload due to lack of points.
