MLS Credentials not working

For the last three days now we have been getting "401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials." when trying to access the Global MLS RETS feed using username: mannix connecting to http://globalmls-rets.paragonrels.com...

This happened back in March as well and the MLS assisted me. There has been no answers from the emails on file with the Global MLS or their generic contact email. Any ideas on assistance?

Finally able to get in touch with someone at the MLS and they said they have been changing things around, gave me a new username/password that worked to download listing data; However, seems like there are now issues with the paragon systems as requests to download images timed out all day and now I can't connect at all to the rets feed.
