We are having server issues with our paragon feeds mainly for gamls - account- BEXRETS

error - ERROR downloading/writing file to bucket and getting timeouts before image error

We saw there is an error - Is this a known issue and do we know when it will be resolved?

We are receiving and investigating reports of intermittent connectivity issues or slowness when users attempt to reach or perform functions in Paragon. The issue appears to be related to general ISP instability being reported across the internet today. Still, Black Knight is troubleshooting to confirm no other root cause is contributing.

We will post an update when we have more information.

November 5, 2020 The issue impacting Black Knight internet-facing applications such as Paragon, LAMPS, and PXL, has been resolved. Throughout the day, users in different parts of the country had varying levels of performance. however over the past 2 hours we have seen a substantial increase in performance and the number of users utilizing the systems. All Black Knights teams will continue to monitor the situation overnight and will take action should we identify any reoccurrence of any issues. Thank you for your patience during today's events.
