Spokane MLS error

Query FR_5 property class with this query (L_StatusCatID=|2,6),(L_ClostingDate=2017-1-1+)

Here's the reply I received:
I spoke with the MLS previously and it is there intention to not distribute the FR_5 for this feed/vendor (or most feeds in general).
