I checked and was able to pull data without issue using your account.
I do not see where your password was changed recently.
What tool or library are you using to connect to RETS?
Are you getting the 401 errors during login?
If during a subsequent transaction are you returning the RETS-Session-ID cookie value from login?
You can try this URL also?

it works now. it appears there was a metadata change. it seems like any metadata changes cause the system to be down.

Ok. RETS is disabled while a metadata refresh is running so that could have been the case.
. But it doesn't normally return a 401 error for that.

well, that's what happened. I think I see that always for every mls.
