CGMLS - No rows returned from query

We have a new RETS data feed for CGMLS and we are getting no rows returned from Property and Open House resources. We have several other Paragon data feeds and I think we are using similar queries for CGMLS.

Please advise.

Sorry but you will need to contact the MLS directly for this one.
It looks like when they created your account they neglected to assign a "RETS Profile" to it.
