The listing sold on 2020-11-17, and L_Status is "SOLD". But the L_SellingAgent1 and L_SellingOffice1 are empty. Can you help?

Those fields aren't currently enabled for your account profile.
You need to contact the MLS directly to request access to these fields.
Hi - thanks for your response. I didn't get an email notification that you responded, so I didn't see it until just now.
My profile does have access to these fields. I have thousands of sold listings with valid L_SellingAgent1 and L_SellingOffice1. But MLS # 200010200, which is sold, is not providing data for these two fields.

The fields are currently only enabled for the RE_1 class in your account.
Contacted the System Support Manager (SSM) to see if they can get this fixed.
