can't retrieve MLS# 580249 from PARMLS

The listing has L_IdxInclude=No so it wouldn't appear in your feed unless the listing is updated.

Actually, I see a new problem which is that Contingent status listings are not coming through. They are IDX approved. Do you know why?

Your account profile is not configured to allow Contingent status listings.
You would need to contact the MLS directly to request access.
