RETS Credentials Issues - Lake Country Board of Realtors

I have been trying to contact the MLS for over a week with no response from them. Can you possibly tell me what the issue is with the below credentials and if there is any way this can be resolved? As I noted, the MLS has not responded to multiple inquiries regarding this issue.

Any update on this? The feed has been down for some time now and we are seriously out of compliance with the lack of data.
