RETS Credentials Issues - Lake Country Board of Realtors

I have been trying to contact the MLS for over a week with no response from them. Can you possibly tell me what the issue is with the below credentials and if there is any way this can be resolved? As I noted, the MLS has not responded to multiple inquiries regarding this issue. UN: WolfT

Any update on this? The feed has been down for some time now and we are seriously out of compliance with the lack of data.
