We have a client looking for listing 98794053 and it doesn't appear to be in our feed. Any idea why? I noticed it is on Redfin, for comparison:

Thanks. The MLS normally determines what data is available in a particular RETS Feed.
When a listing is not included in a RETS feed it is normally the account profile settings.
Status values allowed, IDX filtering, VOW Include, Listing Visibility (if enabled for MLS), etc.
These settings can all cause listings to be included/excluded for a particular RETS feed.
