Repeated GAMLS Media Timeouts and Media changes

Over the past weeks, we've had repeated issues with timeouts when querying the Media resource for the GAMLS RETS feed. Today especially, it has been repeatedly timing out while the other resources have no performance issues. Can you please look into the issue?

Further, when we are able to query the table, it seems that suddenly the "MediaTypeID" field has changed to now show "Image" instead of "1", which caused our image processing to fail-- was that a planned change, and can we expect the data to be that way going forward?

Can you provide your RETS Login URL and Account name so I can look into the performance issue?
MediaTypeID field was changed to be a lookup field to allow support for other types of Media.

Glad to hear that you are back working again.
Normally we try to put changes in the release notes we send to the boards.
This change was just a minor one to add a lookup for that field and it was missed.
