According to the MetaData this is a searchable field, but we get an error:

It looks like the L_ClosingDate field is only enabled in CL_3 and RN_6 classes.
You should be able to search it in those two.
The other classes have it disabled which would return the error you listed above.
If you need access you would need to contact the MLS and request access for your account.

Actually, I can't get solds for those two classes either. I can search them, but get no results back. Why is that?
Those are Commecial Lease and Rental so they return leased status and not sold. (L_StatusCatID=|6)
