Can you please provide the current status value for listing #812232 with the Northwest Iowa Board of Realtors? Client is stating it should be similar to "Pending - Do Not Show", however, we are only seeing the value "Pending" in the data.
"Do Not Show" is not really a new status.
It is a secondary field, LM_char30_2 - "Special Showing Instructions" in RETS, that is used in conjunction with the Pending status. In Paragon the field is called "Pending Showing Instructions" so it looks like the name was changed since the last refresh. I have requested that they do a RETS refresh to get the names back in sync.
