Northwest Iowa Regional BoR - Pending Listings

Can you please clarify if the listing #812232 should be in the feed with the below credentials? We were under the impression that listings with a status of Pending and "Pending NS" in the Special Showing Instructions (LM_char30_2) field were not supposed to be in the feed. The MLS provided the below information, yet the listing is still appearing in the feed.

"The only pending listings that are allowed to be shown and should be the only ones showing up in your RETS feed are the ones marked Pending CTS (continue to show)The listing number you gave me is marked Pending NS (no showings) which are not allowed to be on public sites."
