Issues with Rets Pull

We are trying to pull in listings from the triangleMLS but haven't had a successful pull in over a month or so. We are using VieleRETS to do the pull but when we connect it says "This service is temporarily not available."

They referred us to you here, please advise. Thanks.

Can you please provide more information? Is this occurring during the login or search transaction? If searching, what is the query you are trying to run?

This occurs while trying to run our download file through VieleRETS Persistent Downloader. We pull the listings to our site and into a database.

This is what is on the screen: Trace Activating MLS data only, User supplied information will be overwritten All MLS listings will be fetched Selection Fields: L_City, L_Address, L_ListingID, L_Status, LM_Char10_21, LM_Char25_20, LM_Int2_10, LM_Int2_5, LM_Int1_14, LM_Int1_1, L_Remarks, LM_Char10_7, L_AskingPrice, L_Zip, L_State, L_AddressNumber, L_AddressStreet, LM_Int1_3, LM_Char10_20, LFD_SpecialConditions_19, LFD_InteriorFeatures_25, LA1_AgentID, L_ListOffice1, VT_VTourURL, LM_Char10_14, LM_Char10_16, LM_Char10_18, L_Area, LA1_AgentID DMQL Query: (L_ListingID=0+) New MLS listings will be added and any existing listings will be refreshed Images accessed directly via RETS (if required) Limit Govenor not Activated

This service is temporarily not available Trace Deactivated

At the bottom of the summary, it says No Listings are Found.

What are you using for your site login url?

Still no luck. Curiously, what port is everyone using? Currently ours is set to port 80.

We use 80 for HTTP and 443 for HTTPS

We have not had this solved yet. We have sent the TriangleMLS our current php extract file and are waiting on their response although I am not confident in their skills as they have said they aren't overly familiar with RETS.
