Cannot access media Not authorized to access Class RE_1

Hello, we keep getting this error when trying to fetch any Media Error code 20207 (Unauthorized Query. You are not authorized to access class [RE_1] in resource [Media]

Username: ListReports

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

The Media resource is not currently enabled for your account.
You need to contact the MLS directly to request access.
