Missing listings for Baldwin County Association of Realtors

Hello,

In our most recent downloads we are missing listings 319556, 319233, 319342, 319803, 319793 from our downloads. We’re using L_status to pull any listings with Active, Active New Construction, Contingent on Sale, and Pending statuses. These listings should have an active statuses but we're not receiving them. Are there any issues you can see on your end? Any info is appreciated. Thank you.

Hello!

It looks like field LV_vow_include is not set to 'Y', which your current RETS profile is set to only recieve listings with a 'Y'. If you need access or have additional questions on why - I recommend contacting the MLS for further information.
