You may need to add "HTTPS:" or "HTTP:" to the image URL.
We return the URLS as protocol relative so you can add either depending on your application.
If I put the URL you listed above in a browser, it displays the image.

Great I can get the images that way, but normally we download the photos through RETS to load them to our server. This works for all the other Types, like Land, Condo, Residential, & Mult. But as of 9/24 when RETS was down the Commercial Images will not download through RETS. Do you know why?

So you are able to get the commercial data but not images?
How are you pulling the images?
Using GETOBJECT or Media resource?

Yes I can get the Commercial Data, but not the Images, Sorry not sure what you mean about GetObject or Media resource We had a RETS Connection software, that we created a Task to download the Images

That is the correct protocol relative image URL.
You just need to add either "HTTPS:" or "HTTP:" to any URLs returned that start with "//" like I mentioned above.
Also please change the domain in your RETS URL from "fnismls.com" to "paragonrels.com"
