Getting 401 Error in ICAARMLS

We have been provided credentials by the MLS for the RETS 1.8 server. We get a 401 error. We have tried both HTTPS and HTTP and both basic and digest authentication. The MLS see our credentials as being active but is unable to troubleshoot beyond that.

Please provide the RETS Login URL you are using and your account name, (NO PASSWORD)

I was able to login and search using that account and URL.
Can you verify that you are using the complete password?
This may contain punctuation characters but no leading or trailing spaces.
Also, what client or library are you using to connect?
Also, can you use the login URL in a browser and enter your credentials at the prompt and login?

False alarm, we initiated a password change that didn't make it to the right people. Sorry about that!
