Error with CORS Policy

I am having an issue connecting. I'm locally trying to start the layout of my app and I keep getting this error. I've looked online and the only fix is to change the settings in the server which I can't do. So I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this issue. Thank you and I hope this isn't a repeat but I tried to search beforehand and didn't find anything.

I think this would be a policy setting you would need to configure in your local IIS instance.
To allow your local IIS to access the external site.
What are using for your RETS connectivity library or client?

To be honest I'm not sure. The MLS I'm using seems to offer no help or have any idea what I'm referring to so they can't offer any documentation except the paragon RETS PDF that only helps with the syntax of DMQL2 very briefly. All the links mentioned on https://www.nar.realtor/retsorg.nsf/p... do not work and when I called Paragon they only had sales, RESO can't help because the MLS is supposed to offer answers, and I was up until 4am reading over every piece of documentation I could find.

I'm application is in React and I'm using axios to send my request.
