The Heart of Kentucky Association of REALTORS

We have seen a significant drop in active and pending properties starting around 11:20 AM EST prop counts went form 1107 down to 790 properties, why so many off market props? Looks like we are not getting L_StatusCatID=3 anymore

It looks like your account is configured to only allow L_StatusCatID 1 and 2.
Not sure why it would have recently changed though.
The MLS may just be cleaning up account profiles.
You would need to contact the MLS if you need additional data.
