We were recently contacted that we had exceeded rate limits allowed. We had recently converted to the GetObject=1 format for photo pulls as well. Can you please let us know what an acceptable rate limit is so we can make sure we do not exceed that ceiling?

So we have some good information on our Best Practices Guide (~ page 10)
There is a max login limit per day, configured for each MLS, but the default value is usually 20,000 (for the login transaction). Typically if you follow that portion of our guide with the offset you should be within limits! If you have a specific instance you're wondering about, let us know what URL you are using along with your log in name and I can provide specific details!
