AWS DDoS Alert - Verify IP Address

  • retag add tags

The company I work for received a notice from AWS regarding our download services DDoSing paragon. Based on other recent posts marked as solved, it seems like an error that we received the notice from AWS since our traffic patterns during the timeframe mentioned in the email were a bit weird but the overall request counts were low.

We are still able to pull data from paragon feeds, which I think means we are okay but just to be extra sure how would I go about sending the IP address for our kube cluster to support for verification that we are not one of the offenders?

Hello!

We did have a situation a little over a week ago with a possible DDoS attack in which alerts were sent out and IPs were blocked inadvertently. You can find more details on that here. However this should be now be resolved.

If you have recently gotten this notification and feel comfortable posting your IP address here, we can verify whether or not your IP address is on the list.

Thank you,
