Rockford - Can't Access Resources within new Commercial Class

We received these instructions from the Rockford Area Association of Realtors MLS: We've added a new property class to your RETS feed. The class is Commercial and Industrial (CI_6 in the property resource).

Please begin to pull and display if applicable to your platform.

We brought it in but we do not have access to query media/open houses/tours for the new commercial class, and were instructed to direct our questions here. Can you please enable this for us? I work for Homesnap.
