Maui Selling Agent/Office Data Missing

We are only getting Selling Agent/Office field data for roughly just over 100 listings out of 5000+ Sold listings. Example fields are the sa1agentfullname, sa1usercode, so1officename, so1mainofficeid, etc. RETS credentials are below. The MLS created a second set of credentials, however, this did not correct the issue.

I enabled the L_SellingAgent1 and L_SellingOffice1 fields for account: WolfNetRETS
They were only enabled for RS_1.
That account profile only returns limited SA_* and SO_* field data.
The other account, EJohnsonRETS, already had access to the full data.
