I have included the URL below that I would like to access; how can I register as a vendor? Do I need to be a licensed realtor or work with one?

"Your REALTOR customer/client must reach out to the MLS to gain access to the data. Either the MLS or their Black Knight Support representative "

Is this the only way to gain access to the data?
