Password reset recipient(s)

When a RETS password reset is needed, who receives the link to reset it? The real estate agent? I have a number of feeds (http://plumas.rets.paragonrels.com/rets/fnisrets.aspx/PLUMAS/login?rets-version=rets/1.7.2 is just one example) requiring password resets, but we the vendor don't receive the emails. If our agents are receiving them, they don't recognize it as something to forward to us. Is there a better way we can request password resets? Thanks.
